At RESCO we are committed to helping our customers design, build, and deliver their products faster, at a lower total cost. To fulfill this commitment, we must be able to clearly understand the challenges that our customers face and have the flexibility to offer the best solutions. We have learned that an organizational structure with traditional departments leads to slow, inflexible responses to the issues most critical to our customers. The problem is that traditional structures are focused more on internal process than on customer need.
We realized that the only way we could effectively deliver on our commitment to our customers was to structure our business to focus on them. We did so by breaking down the barriers (or silos) of a traditional organizational structure by forming cross-functional sales teams.
The result is a unique structure that puts customers first and positions RESCO to be incredibly flexible and responsive.
